I’m Maya.

My practice bridges the digital and physical worlds. Every piece begins as a digital sketch, where I experiment with composition, colour and map out my initial concepts. Once the idea is fully formed, I translate it onto canvas using acrylic paint. I love the mix between digital freedom and the tactile constraints of paint. The result is a vibrant exchange between modern technology and traditional craft.

To be an artist is to be a thinker first.

That is why "keeping creative company" is a conscious choice, not just a phrase. It means intentionally surrounding yourself with people, conversations, and spaces that challenge you, inspire you and push your imagination further. My work is a reflection of this cycle—a process of absorbing life and transforming it into art.
